Canceling your order at Pure Nutra is free of charge. Make your cancellation known in writing or by e-mail to Pure Nutra. The fastest way is via [email protected]. Pure Nutra will then refund the full purchase amount.

Cooling-off period 14 days.

Every consumer is entitled to a so-called cooling-off period, starting on the day of delivery. In this period you will have a grace period of 14 days during which you can cancel your purchase. You do not have to state a reason for this. However, the entire cooling-off period does not apply to the following types of products:

  • sealed products of which the seal has been broken;
  • products that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the specific wishes of the consumer;
  • products that are clearly personal in nature; • products that cannot be returned due to their nature;
  • products that age quickly or can spoil;
  • products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market, which the trader has no influence;
  • individual newspapers and magazines;
  • Audio and video recordings and computer software, whereby the consumer has broken the seal.

Furthermore, make sure you return the packaging of the product in as original and undamaged condition as possible. For more information, see article 6 of our general terms and conditions. Do you want to return the entire order? Then send it to our return address (at the bottom of this page). Pure Nutra will pay the entire purchase price.

Pay attention!

  • Did you receive the package from the delivery person and did you not return it immediately? Then you are responsible for returning your order and therefore also the associated shipping costs.
  • Are you only returning part of your order? Then only the purchase price of the part of the order returned by you will be refunded. Not the shipping costs.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made known to Pure Nutra in writing or by e-mail. Use our return form for this or send an email to [email protected]. Please include your full name, order number and the items you wish to cancel, exchange or return. In order to improve our customer service, we appreciate it if you let us know the reason for return. However, as stated earlier, you are not legally obliged to do so.

Pure Nutra needs your bank account number for the refund of amounts already paid (for prepayments). Customers from Belgium must also state the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank. Please note: the account number you specify for the refund must be the same as the account number with which you made the payment to Pure Nutra. This in connection with possible fraud with refunds.

Paid amounts will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
